About this item
- ⚡ DETECTS LIVE AC WIRES & METAL PIPES: Accurately locates hidden AC electrical wires (up to 30mm) and metal conduits/pipes (up to 24mm) behind drywall before drilling or cutting.
- 🎛️ REQUIRED AIR CALIBRATION: Must be calibrated in open air (away from walls) using the rotary tuner before every scan until audio/light signals turn off for precise detection.
- 🔊 DUAL ALERT INDICATORS: Features a continuous LED light and steady tone for metal detection, and a flashing LED with intermittent beep tone for live AC electrical lines.
- 🏠 DRYWALL & INTERIOR USE ONLY: Specially engineered for standard hollow drywall and interior walls. Note: Will not detect AC voltage through metal pipes, metal-shielded walls, or thick concrete.
